Tom Offermann Real Estate has confirmed a $27 million settled price for Maravilla, the beachfront residence at 7/56 David Low Way in Sunrise Beach. Its market report dated 24 March 2026 identifies the property as a 2025 sale and says settlement has now occurred.
The agency’s own property listing also records the result at $27 million. That confirmed transaction figure provides a firmer benchmark than the asking price discussed while the campaign was under way.
A three-level beachfront home
The selling particulars describe a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house on 775 square metres, with two parking spaces. The residence extends over three levels and has a private path to the beach, with ocean views along Noosa’s eastern coastline.
The home was marketed by Cameron Urquhart and Tom Offermann. Its accommodation includes multiple ensuite bedrooms, while an integrated home-control system manages functions such as air conditioning, access and security.
A specific result in a scarce market
In the March update, Offermann described Maravilla as the Sunshine Coast’s highest sale of 2025. That is the selling agency’s assessment of the regional market. The confirmed price and the property’s individual characteristics are the clearest points of comparison for another beachfront residence.
A trophy transaction is a record of one negotiated sale. Its price does not establish a suburb-wide median or the value of other homes: land size, beach access, building quality and the terms of a transaction all matter when comparing properties.
