All listing data, images, media, and associated content uploaded to or ingested by the Platform becomes the property of Estatly Pty Ltd upon upload or ingestion. Agents and agencies grant Estate Guide Online a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute all uploaded content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

Users retain ownership of personal information they provide (such as their name and contact details), subject to the rights granted in this Policy and our Terms of Service.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose your personal information to:

Real estate agents and agencies: when you submit a property enquiry, request an inspection, or request an appraisal. The information disclosed includes your name, email, phone number, and message.
Service providers: third-party providers who help us operate our Platform, including hosting (Vercel, AWS), email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information.
Law enforcement: if required by law, court order, or government request
