At the helm of the agency since 2012, Nicholas and his wife Shona, together with a close-knit team of property experts, have led the agency’s growth from a well-regarded established business into the multi-award-winning agency it is today. Nicholas has received a string of awards and accolades over his career including winning the 2025 Century 21 Centurion Award for the 6th time, being recognised as one of the top 2% of Century 21 Sales Agents globally. However, it is the team’s achievements that Nicholas is most proud of being at the very forefront of the industry in the Bondi Junction precinct and surrounding suburbs. Real estate is not only a career, but a vocation for Nicholas. His lifelong interest in real estate saw him working for Meriton in the early years before moving to the UK to hone his skills in the fast-paced London market. Following his return to Sydney, Nicholas worked for a high-profile Eastern Suburbs agency before seizing the opportunity to establish and grow his own family-run agency under the global Century 21 banner. A licensed estate agent, auctioneer and Justice of the Peace, Nicholas is a highly motivated and approachable professional with great people and communication skills who is committed to providing first-class service at every step.
