Bec joins our Salt team as a rookie Sales Associate after spending the last decade in corporate HR roles. Ready for a new adventure, with a genuine love for the Newcastle community and a wealth of experience helping people through life’s biggest moments, stepping into property sales just felt right. After moving to Newcastle from Sydney with her family over 20 years ago, Bec knows firsthand there’s something special about this place, the beaches, the community, the lifestyle, it remains unmatched. Working alongside Kristal Sawtell across Kotara, Adamstown Heights and surrounding suburbs, they love helping locals and out-of-towners make their next move with honesty, care and a good dose of hard work. Bec guides clients through every stage of the sales journey, from appraisals and preparing homes for market to buyer inspections, negotiations and keeping everyone connected, focused on making the process feel simple and stress free. She’s a big believer that great results come from doing right by people, being unapologetically yourself and never being afraid to back your clients. That mix of integrity, authenticity and a little healthy audacity is what made Salt feel like home from day one. When she’s not talking property, Bec’s chasing the sun, walking the lake with her dog Xena or hunting down somewhere good to eat.
